Graphic Arts Manager/Marketing Specialist
General Summary:
The Graphic Arts Manager/Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for designing, and
producing custom Point of Sale for use in the retail trade or on Hoffman Beverage's website or
social media pages. This position is also responsible for ordering and maintaining sign shop
production materials as well as supplier produced P.O.S. in addition to other administrative
needs the marketing department has.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Strong technical literacy in a PC environment
-
Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Corel, and Adobe Photoshop applications
-
Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Valid Virginia Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and produce custom P.O.S.
-
Order, receive, and distribute P.O.S. materials to the sales team and other Hoffman Beverage personnel
-
Ensure all printing equipment is maintained and in good working order

Keep POS room and all materials organized
-
Track production cost for all signage and submit to accounting for bill back

Maintain updated graphics library for all suppliers

Order materials & supplies for sign making

Send out weekly message to the sales team advising them of all new POS availability

Maintain and distribute employee orders from AB Marketing Catalog
-
Special event coordinator and work with Hoffman Beverage's Service Department in the initial booking of special events

Assist in other administrative needs of the marketing department as needed
